"SMART WOMEN AVOID LANDMINES IN THE WORKPLACE"
Join us for the kickoff to our 2015-2016 Smart Women Series titled "Smart Women Avoid Landmines In The Workplace," which will be held at the San Antonio Food Bank.
Have you ever had to work with someone on a "professional level" because your personalities clashed? Or have you been in a position where some of your direct reports should have been terminated by their last manager?
Our first session of the 2015-2016 season will be presented by provocateur Linda Drassen who will teach you how to effectively avoid landmines in typical situations within your office. She will discuss how to have those difficult conversations with employees; in addition, she will share the legal ramifications if those conversations are not handled in the proper manner.
Linda has more than 20 years experience in human resources management in a variety of fields. She works with businesses to enhance their current HR programs, including training and organizational development, dispute resolution and policy development. So join us as Linda gets into the details of how to keep you and your business protected from unnecessary lawsuits, fines and other potentially catastrophic penalties.
In addition, we are supporting the San Antonio Food Banks for their "SA GOES ORANGE FOR HUNGER" food drive. We are asking that you wear orange to the event and bring one of the following items to receive an extra chance to win one our fabulous door prizes!
