As a coach, Missy works with business owners to help them increase productivity, profitability and the quality of their lives. Her passion is seeing legacies built and strengthened through clarity and focus on the things that are truly important. Missy is recognized as one of the leading trainers in the state, with an expertise in life management & communications training, sales & management training, as well as, food safety and customer service.
Missy Hernandez graduated from Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State University) with a Bachelor’s of Social Work in 1981 and from the University of Texas, McCombs School of Business in Austin, with an MBA in 1985. Missy has over 29 years of coaching and training experience. In January 2016, Missy retired as the Senior Director of Training from Sysco Central Texas.
She and her husband established her current business, MSF Legacy, Inc in 2015.
