Erin Ercoline is the Executive Director of ThriveWell Cancer Foundation. She has been with the organization since 2012, helping further the organization’s mission of finding a cure for cancer by funding cancer research, providing patient support, and offering programs to improve the quality of life for patients and their families. She is honored and humbled to be working for such an incredible organization, providing much needed support to the San Antonio community.

Each POWERhour! leader will cover the following points in an interactive luncheon:

- Resilience Attributes – How I dealt with obstacles along the way with specific examples
- Vision and Goals – How I developed the vision and goals to move the entity forward
- Resources – How I solicited resources to help me reach the vision and goals of the entity
