Dr. Chaunte Hall is a U.S. Air Force veteran, community leader, author, educator, and advocate dedicated to strengthening the connection between military, industry, education, and community impact.
As America celebrates 250 years of independence, Dr. Hall will discuss how true leadership is not built through isolation, but through service, resilience, community, and the courage to remain authentically yourself while creating opportunities for future generations.
Drawing from her experiences as a military veteran, executive leader, mother, educator, and author, she will explore the evolving definition of strength for women today—highlighting the importance of balancing ambition with humanity, purpose with perseverance, and leadership with heart.

Dr. Chaunte Hall
Chief of Community Engagement, Port San Antonio
Dr. Chaunte Hall is a U.S. Air Force veteran, community leader, author, educator, and advocate dedicated to strengthening the connection between military, industry, education, and community impact.
She currently serves as Chief of Community Engagement at Port San Antonio, where she works to advance workforce development, innovation, and strategic partnerships that help build futures for the next generation. Dr. Hall is also the Co-Founder and CEO of Centurion Military Alliance, an award-winning nonprofit focused on strengthening military transition outcomes through workforce readiness, mentorship, and holistic support initiatives for Service Members, Veterans, and military families.
A proud prior enlisted Air Force veteran who began her military career at 17 years old at Lackland Air Force Base, Dr. Hall has dedicated her career to servant leadership, advocacy, and creating meaningful pathways for others to succeed.
She is the author of SOFT – Stoically Optimistic Females Triumph, a movement and message centered on redefining strength through authenticity, vulnerability, resilience, and purposeful leadership.
Dr. Hall actively serves on numerous civic and military-focused boards and initiatives throughout San Antonio and remains passionate about leadership development, community engagement, and empowering others to lead with both purpose and heart.
