    Each POWERhour! leader will cover the following points in an interactive luncheon:

    • Career Pathways – How I arrived at my present position
    • Resilience Attributes – How I dealt with obstacles along the way with specific examples
    • Vision and Goals – How I developed the vision and goals to move the entity forward
    • Resources – How I solicited resources to help me reach the vision and goals of the entity
