Pandemic Scholarship Promise Campaign
Mayor Emeritus Lila Cockrell scholar, Ruby Echevarria, shares her heartfelt story about the program and how it is helping her meet her long-term goals.
The San Antonio Women’s Chamber of Commerce Foundation continues its legacy during this COVID-19 pandemic. With your support, we can maintain our pace of success.
In 2019, the SAWCCF created the Mayor Emeritus Lila Cockrell Scholarship Program. Five nontraditional women are now earning their Associate degrees at the Alamo Colleges.
We are proud of all that we have accomplished in order to support San Antonio area women, and we hope you are proud of us as well. We thank you in advance for helping us reach our goal in the face of our national health crisis so that we may continue to support our scholarship recipients in their educational goals.
